Bratherton Microwave was started in March 2003 to address niche supplies of microwave filter products and microwave amplifiers. Bratherton Microwave also offers service and repair facilities for the products of the no longer trading DML Microwave.

Measurement Capabilities:

Bratherton Microwave has measurement facilities up to 18GHz for s parameter measurement, power             measurement, noise figure measurement and spectral analysis.

Assembly capabilities:

Bratherton Microwave has controlled areas for SMT and through hole PCB population, rework and test.  Machining, PCB production and higher volume population are available through subcontrators.

Design capabilities:

Bratherton Microwave offers design capability for various filter/diplexer structures including combline, waveguide and lumped element.  Microwave low noise and power amplifiers design capability is also offered as well as basic analogue and digital design, PCB layout and mechanical drafting.  These capabilities may be used as a design and build service or as a consultancy with or without prototype manufacture.  Designs can be performed on an NRE basis or requested for general sale.
